In short, I went rogue.

After earning a journalism degree with an emphasis in copywriting, I realized I didn’t want to spend my life manufacturing desire or writing toward endless consumption. I was more interested in the question beneath it all:

What is underneath everything we’ve been taught to want?

So instead of moving directly into a conventional agency career, I followed that question into the field. For two decades, I worked intimately within regenerative agriculture, local food, grassroots wellness, holistic healing, spiritual ecology, and design.

I return to collaborative writing with something a traditional career could not have given me: lived fluency in the worlds I now want to help articulate—and a conviction that meaningful work can serve both people and planet.
